totally sustainable log gasification boiler

CTC V22 and V40 lambda wood boilers have been developed in accordance with the latest standards incorporating innovative features in an attractive design. With outputs of 22 kW for the V22 and 40 kW for the V40 and a full load energy production of approximately 125 kWh meeting heating requirements for small, medium and large properties.

The thermal bed and vortex concept of the combustion chamber result in very low emissions. With excellent heat transmission within the boiler high efficiencies of up to 92% can be achieved. A spacious fuel chamber of 138 litres is fitted with specially designed side panels which both optimise primary air distribution and tar reduction as well as facilitating downward movement of logs. An integral controller provides control of up to two weather compensated heating circuits, DHW cylinder and temperature control of the buffers.

The controller also shows the current operation details as well as stored operating data and alarm conditions. Both the loading door and ash door can be installed to hinge from either left or right side of the boiler and are fitted with ergonomic flush door handles. Cleaning of the boiler tubes is easily accomplished by rotation of a lever which raises and lowers the boiler tube turbulator. The lever can be mounted on either side of the boiler for ease of installation. Ash remaining from V22 and V40 burning the logs is easily cleaned from the combustion chamber into an integral ash tray for disposal. The boiler must always be installed and operated with a buffer tank system which has been sized according to local regulations.
